INCO Industrial Construction, previously operating as RACO Alabama LLC as an affiliate partner to Atlanta based RACO General Contractors is now providing turnkey Design Build service in the Atlanta market. Our new name, INCO Industrial Construction reflects who we are as a company and where our core expertise lies.
The INCO brand reinforces our commitment to excellence and our expertise in delivering comprehensive construction services. INCO, a leader in complicated industrial construction has been offering construction service packages to our clients on every level from site selection and feasibility studies, to engineering, construction management and general construction since 2004. With our own concrete division within the company, INCO has also been delivering our clients extremely competitive tilt-up construction service.
INCO has completed several million square feet of high profile, complex industrial spaces throughout Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee and Mexico for our clients such as Hyundai / KIA suppliers, SKC, Hanhwa, LG Hausys and Voestopine to name a few.

Effective June 1, 2018, RACO Alabama LLC completed a rebranding initiative focused on transforming the company image to be more closely aligned with our core focus: Industrial Construction. Our new name - INCO Industrial Construction - reflects who we are as a company and where our core expertise lies. While our name may be changing, the management and commitment to our clients remains the same.
